This was a fantastic experience! Our server was Antoine and it was his first night. He was professional and very helpful. He also was able to help me out with my very poor attempt at French as he spoke English well. Every staff member was attentive and helpful. The food was great and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience, especially since I was with my young daughter. She came away wanting to learn more about the language and City of Montreal. Thanks everyone!

I had such a great night... The food portion could've been bigger but I get it.. y'all got to make money and profit. I understand and respect that. The staff was pretty cool and efficient since the section where I was sitting was kind of full. Orders took some time but it was cool since I had good compagny. St-Hubert I will be back. I liked the vibes over there. We had a live musician playing. He was cool and he took song requests. Wish he could've sang "Thotiana" but homie was 50 years old and had no idea what this was about.. so you know that was that. Only hick of the night was the table next to us... they threw some shady and disrespect our way because we where "too loud". I would beg to differ.. They got handled by everybody else in the room really quickly tho so that was cool. Nights like theses remind you that life is short and you gotta live it to the fullest. 5 stars because y'all five-started my week with hope for humanity.

Y’have to admit it, good service is a lost art. Well, not at this restaurant. I showed up 15 minutes before close, and there’s RACHEL all lovely and bubbly, going out of her way to make me feel welcome. All fun, humour and wit, that one ! All in all, a VERY enjoyable experience! Thank you Rachel, for reminding me there still A LOT of good in the world! And the food wasn’t half bad either!

It’s great value for the price I hadn’t had St Hubert for so long sometimes we order for home delivery but it’s me that does enjoy St Hubert once in a while and I do enjoy the poutine but haven’t had in ages. Decided to go as I’m waiting in Saint George service was great from as soon I worked in being greeted very professionally by the hostess also the waitress I wasn’t expecting to get a English menu or being served in English both staff members really made you feel appreciated it was really nice. I remember coming to Canada on a trip and the friend that I was with was a Quebecor but lives in Germany and my first experience going back know 16-17 years and we had St Hubert then I go back and enjoy.

St-Huberts is Quebec's Swiss Chalet, the sauce is different and the menu changes a wee bit, but it is still really good. The staff was all very friendly too. I am from Ontario and stopped here on my way to Quebec City. We were worried no one would speak English but literally everyone did. And not like, trying to order know, like, they spoke English probably more fluently than me. (I admire the amount of people in Quebec who have learned English)
